High Standards.
We employ experienced food service general managers, chefs, wine stewards, bartenders and servers to be our eyes on the job.
Our standards are high. If you meet them, we're interested in talking with you. We require:
 Service industry experience
A minimum one year in a full-service environment
Wine knowledge
An understanding of wine varietals and service standards
High attention to detail
An eye for the little things within the steps of service
Computer access
Necessary for completing and filing reports
